The Ma Banniere Foundation, founded by the First Lady, targets vulnerable young people in social difficulty (violence, addiction, school dropouts, exclusion) to offer them comprehensive support (psychological, vocational training, educational support, health, etc.). Professional action program: May 10-15, 2024, first phase of a program for young people aged 18 to 35, combirñng guidance, listerhng, and psychosocial support.
Fight against albinism: On World Albinism Awareness Day, the Foundation joined forces with the ALBA Association to distribute sunscreen and promote the social inclusion of people with albinism.
Fight against fraud: In March 2025, the Foundation denounced the fraudulent use of its identity by fake accounts aimed at defrauding citizens; it reiterated that its initiatives are free and official.
Action in the field of health: On May 3, 2024, on International Midwives’ Day, the First Lady donated 5,000 childbirth kits to the Owendo University Hospital, followed by a second distribution of 25,000 kits nationwide.
